Before the Numbers

What the money actually buys.

Not minutes with a camera. What you are buying is the one person responsible for the only record of a day you cannot repeat: the planning before it, the eyes and instincts during it, and the many quiet hours of editing after it.

Every session, large or small, ends the same way: a private online gallery of edited, high resolution photographs that belong to you. Print them, share them, back them up; they are yours.

Asked Often

Money questions, answered straight

How much should a photographer charge for 1 hour?

There is no single fair number; it tracks experience, editing time behind each delivered photo, and what the session demands. At Nissi Photo the shortest offerings are corporate headshots from $100 and portrait sessions from $180, and each includes edited photographs delivered in a private gallery, not just time in front of a camera.

Is $100 an hour good for a photographer?

For a straightforward headshot session it can be exactly right, which is why Nissi Photo headshots begin at $100. What matters is what the number includes. Here it always includes Sharon’s editing and a private gallery of finished photographs; you are never buying raw files and goodbye.

Why do wedding collections cost more than sessions?

A wedding is a full working day photographed without a second take, plus an engagement session, plus many hours of editing afterward. Collections begin at $2,500, and the number is published so you can decide from your couch, not on a sales call.

Do you require the full payment up front?

No. A conversation comes first, then a written quote for your exact day or session, and payment terms are laid out in that quote before anything is booked. Ask Sharon anything about the numbers on the call; plain answers are the policy.
